Refund policy

At Whebbo, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days, subject to availability.
• Non-returnable items: Final sale items, custom or personalized orders, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lovejeetshopify@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
