3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times is 3-10 business days for international orders. Please visit our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

5. Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Please note that the Wireless Mini Hair Straightening Comb and Mini Electric Grain Crusher & Grinder cannot be returned once used, for hygiene and safety reasons. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item arrives faulty, contact us at support@whebbo.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.

7. How do I track my order?

9. How do I care for my products?

  • Portable Clothes Dryer: Keep dry when not in use. Do not submerge in water.
  • Grain Crusher & Grinder: Clean the grinding chamber after each use. Do not wash the motor unit with water.
  • Insulated Lunch Box: Hand wash with warm soapy water. Do not microwave.
  • Hair Straightening Comb: Allow to cool before storing. Clean plates with a dry cloth.
