All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that some products — such as the Portable Small Clothes Dryer and Mini Electric Grain Crusher & Grinder — may require additional handling time due to their size and packaging. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@whebbo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes for Appliance Products
Our electrical products (Portable Clothes Dryer, Grain Crusher & Grinder, and Hair Straightening Comb) are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
